Are the Americans OK? Probably not:

  • The New York Times sent a reporter to check out a popular nude standup comedy event that welcomes amateur comedians on the stage to tell jokes naked. It’s surprisingly popular.

  • Tipping in restaurants and bars has long been the norm in the US but recently even “self-service” places have started to offer an automatic option to tip. This has made customers angry and confused.
