I don’t know why, but there always seem to be lots of articles about famous, expensive cheese from Italy. I don’t mind, though, because you get to look at those beautiful photos of the cheese wheels resting in caves somewhere. This article is about using microchips to track the cheese because it’s being stolen so frequently.
A relevant one, for this summer: here’s a short investigation on why we sweat. It turns out scientists really still don’t understand that much about it.
